Can I use it on my phone and computer?
Yes. QuickWash runs on iPhone and Android, and there is a web CRM at quickwashapp.co.uk/app for when you're at a desk. Your data syncs across devices.
How do customers pay me?
Connect your own Stripe account for secure card payments on invoices. GoCardless direct debit is also available for regular customers who pay by DD.
What are rounds and recurring jobs?
Rounds are for regular work like window cleaning. Add customers to a round, set how often it repeats, see your route on the map, and the app creates jobs on schedule.
Can my team use it too?
On the Pro plan you can invite up to 10 team members, each with their own login, and assign jobs to them.
Do website quote enquiries come into the app?
Yes. When your quote page is set up, enquiries land in a leads inbox where you can reply, follow up and convert them to customers.
Do I need to pay to try it?
No. Start on the free Standard plan with no card required. Upgrade to Pro with a free trial when you need SMS, team access and automation.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored securely in the cloud against your company account, with sync across your devices whenever you're online.
